  • Keep rewarding yourself! Treat yourself at 6 months, 12 months and so on... you've worked hard – you deserve it!
  • Stressful situations will occur, and you might want to start smoking again no matter how long you've been quit for– distraction is key. Go for a walk, take some deep breaths and remember how far you've come.
  • It will become natural not to smoke, it just takes practice
  • It's common for people to start smoking again whilst on holiday. Consider taking some nicotine replacement or an E-Cigarette with you to use instead of buying cigarettes
